Do you have a studio?
No, we currently do not have a studio. We work out of an office, and take our pictures elsewhere.
Do you plan to have a studio in the future?
Maybe. There are times when it would certainly be useful, but we also like the way we're doing things now. It would be fun to have a large space for viewings and a gallery.
Where do you usually take pictures?
Everywhere. Our favorite way to take pictures is to come to you at a place where you're relaxed, comfortable, and having fun, whether that's a backyard, a park, or a racetrack. Locally, we take many of our pictures in the beautiful grounds of the public library.
Do you shoot with film or do you only use digital?
We're purely digital. The quality of digital photography equipment has surpassed film in almost all areas, and digital allows us to capture thousands of pictures at no cost, ensuring you get the best possible final product.
Can I get my pictures from you in digital form?
Yes. Please talk to us about this. Your pictures are available in digital form - the cost will depend on what you intend to do with the pictures. Giving you low-quality files for a screensaver is very different from giving you high-quality files that will allow you to make prints without going through us. Please ask - we'll be happy to work with you.
How can I buy pictures from your web site?
To buy our pictures, we prefer that you call or email us with your order. We like to talk to you personally to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for - we want to give you the best product possible, and that can only happen if we edit and print the images to best fit your needs and desires.
What information do I need to include in my order?
Any time you place any kind of order, we need the image number for the photo you'd like printed and the size and quantity of prints you'd like. Also, please include any information that will help us know exactly what you're looking for: for example, if there are many people in a sports picture, please let us know if you'd like them all included, or if you'd like it cropped to just your daughter. We're also happy to print in black and white or sepia at no additional charge - let us know if you're interested in these or any other color options. |
